On February 19, 2008, Mentoring In Motion® and Past The Bar® will present "Controlling Your Destiny – The Best Chance For a Successful & Satisfied Career in Private Law Practice" at the Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. This program will address the real life practice of law after graduation and what law students and young attorneys can expect upon entering the private practice of law, to complement their formal legal education and prepare them for what happens after they take the bar exam and enter the practice of law.
 
On January 14, 2008, Mentoring In Motion® and Past The Bar® presented "Controlling Your Destiny – The Best Chance For a Successful & Satisfied Career in Private Law Practice" at the Rutgers University School of Law - Camden.This program addressed the real life practice of law after graduation and what law students and young attorneys can expect upon entering the private practice of law, to complement their formal legal education and prepare them for what happens after they take the bar exam and enter the practice of law.
 
On January 7, 2008, Ed Miller, Jr. from Past The Bar® participated in the Second Annual "Networking Game" for the Syracuse University Whitman School of Management. This event is designed to mentor and advise Syracuse marketing students on career opportunities. It was held at Fox Sports Lounge, Fox News Corporation in New York City.
 
Ed Miller, Jr. spoke to legal and legal marketing professionals on "How to Get Work From Speeches, Meetings & Seminars" at the Meritas Marketing Summit on Saturday, April 21, 2007 in San Francisco, CA.
 
Mentoring In Motion, LLC® exhibited at the NALP (The National Association for Law Placement) 2007 Annual Meeting in Keystone, Colorado, April 25-28, and communicated with Law School Career Centers and Law Firm Recruitment Professionals.
